Careers
Join a team of 126 people supporting the tyre trade from our three depots and West Midlands head office. Explore the roles across our business and tell us where your skills could make a difference.
Where the work is
The business employs 126 people. Head office is GB House, Black Lake, West Bromwich, and the stock sits in 91,000 m² of warehousing across England, worked through three depots: Oldbury in the West Midlands, which is the main stockholding and holds the complete product portfolio, Falkirk covering Scotland, and Bury St Edmunds covering the east of England.
Most roles are based at a depot or head office, with field sales and delivery roles involving travel.
What the work is like
Our teams work together to receive stock, prepare orders and plan deliveries around the daily 18:00 cut-off. With 3,600 containers arriving each year, warehouse, sales and transport colleagues keep goods moving through the business.
Warehouse roles involve handling tyres of different sizes and weights. Appropriate handling equipment and training are essential parts of the work.
Attention to detail matters across our 6,000 product lines. Checking sizes, ratings and orders accurately helps customers receive the right tyres and keeps their vehicles working.
Roles across our business

| Forklift and telehandler driver | Moving pallets and large off-highway tyres, loading vehicles, unloading containers | Holds a current counterbalance or telehandler qualification |
| Delivery driver | Trunking between depots and delivering to dealers on our own fleet; loading securely and dealing with customers at the kerbside | Clean licence, category depending on vehicle, and a driver CPC where required |
| Telesales and internal sales | Taking orders by phone and through the portal, quoting, checking fitments, checking availability and keeping customers informed | Quick on the phone, accurate with numbers, willing to learn the technical side |
| Field sales | Visiting dealers, fast-fits, agricultural dealers and plant hire yards; opening accounts and understanding what each customer actually sells | Self-directed, credible with trade buyers, happy on the road |
| Technical support | Fitment questions, load and speed ratings, IF and VF, star ratings, foam fill specification, casing assessment and warranty claims | Deep product knowledge and the patience to explain it |
| Purchasing and stock control | Forecasting what sells, placing container orders, managing long lead times and keeping stock in the right building | Numerate, organised, comfortable with decisions that pay off months later |
| Accounts and credit control | Invoicing, credit terms of up to 120 days, collections and account queries | Accurate, firm and diplomatic in equal measure |
| Import and shipping | Container documentation, freight bookings, customs paperwork and export customer support | Detail-focused; shipping or customs experience is a strong advantage |
| Transport planning | Routing our own fleet against the 18:00 cut-off, collections, and fitting scrap take-back onto delivery runs | Calm under a daily deadline, good at geography and load planning |
| Systems and data | Keeping the stock system accurate and supplying the data feeds and APIs that dealers use on their own websites | Comfortable with product data, integrations and the detail of a catalogue |
You do not need to know tyres already
Very few people arrive in this trade knowing what a star rating means or why a service description carries two load indices. The product knowledge is learnable, and most of it is written down — the Tyre Desk on this site is the same reference our own people use.
We value reliability, attention to detail and clear communication with colleagues and customers.
