Delivery & cut-off times

Orders placed before 18:00 on a working day are picked and despatched the same day. Orders after 18:00 go on the following day’s despatch. The cut-off is the same at every depot.

The evening cut-off gives you time to confirm your customers’ requirements and place orders during the working day.

For truck and agricultural tyres held locally, Falkirk and Bury St Edmunds offer same day within 20 miles of the depot, next-day AM within 40. See our depots for what each site holds.

Ninety per cent of deliveries go out on GB Tyres vehicles, handled by drivers familiar with tyres and the needs of trade customers.

Same-day collection is available every day of the year. For urgent requirements, contact your nearest depot to confirm stock and arrange collection.

Phone the order through and give the desk a collection time so it is picked and staged before you arrive. Please bring a vehicle suitable for the size and weight of your order, and arrange appropriate unloading equipment for larger tyres. Addresses, hours and access notes are on the depots page.

We can deliver directly to your customer’s premises under your name and with your paperwork, helping you serve customers without handling the consignment yourself.

When arranging ghost shipment, please provide goods-in hours, unloading facilities and any vehicle access restrictions. Consignments do not show prices by default; confirm your paperwork requirements with the desk when ordering.

The minimum order is a complete set of tyres. Above that, order sizes run from a single set to part-loads and full containers — see import and container orders for volume supply and export.

Please check your consignment against the delivery note before signing. Record any shortage or visible damage on the note and contact our team promptly if an item is missing, damaged or incorrect.
